In this sentence, we explain why our refund and returns policy is designed not only to be customer-friendly but also to exemplify fairness and clarity. We are more than ready to support you if you happened to change your mind or the goods didn’t fit in terms of size, style, or were defective in any way.

Eligibility for Returns

In case you want to know the criteria by which the goods would be returnable here is the list:

  • You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product; moreover, you must notify us in writing for any returns.
  • The clothing items should be in a condition as they were when you received them, that is, no use, no washing, original tags & packaging intact.
  • Innerwear, customized/embroidered pieces, and sale-clearance goods are such items that are usually not returnable, and if so, we will inform you about that explicitly.
  • Always remember to provide the proof of the purchase of the item (order number, invoice).

If the product is faulty, and it is the cause for the item’s defect. We have sent you the wrong item, we are going to solve the issue even if you allow us to do it beyond the return period (just inform us as soon as possible).

How to Request a Return

This is the simple process of returning the product (no need to be afraid):

  • Just send us an email (or contact us by the contact form) hawkwayspvt@gmail.com. With all necessary information such as order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason (wrong size, defect, changed mind, etc.).
  • We shall take a look at it, authorize it if appropriate, and then give you the return address and the instruction on how to proceed.
  • Within the time period, return the goods. Get a tracked courier to do the transport. Save your receipt and the tracking number.
  • When the item is received and passed the inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Note: The return shipping will be at your cost if the product is not defective or the cause of error is not on our side.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Moreover, if a refund is issued, we will return your money using the same payment method you used for the purchase. It will be less the value of the original shipping (unless the item was wrong/defective).
  • What you can do is just to tell us the size, color, or style that you want. If we have the stock, we are going to change it instead of returning the money.

  • Take pictures of the defect, packaging, and label and send them to us.

  • Upon delivery, always check and if it is possible. Open packages in front of the person who delivers it to you.

  • The charged shipping from the original shipment is non-refundable (unless it is the case that we made a mistake).
