Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We put in a great effort to use high quality images for our products in an attempt to capture them as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings, lighting and minor production differences, there could still be gaps in color or texture. We do however work towards providing items that are in line with the images provided.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to Order History or My Orders. Click on the relevant order, and you'll find an option to view or download your receip

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please do the following steps.

Log in to your account on our website.
Go to ‘Order History’’ and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Click on Return Item and follow the prompts to initiate your return request.
After Return request approval, print it and your instructions will be included.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
The lessee must ensure that the return item is unused, in its original state sealed, with tags on, if such were provided. If you want more information about returns, please look into our Returns and Exchanges Policy page.
